Troutman Photography to sponsor 99.9 KRKT’s Beautiful Baby Contest

Albany – When babies are born, parents spend hours behind the lens of a camera, snapping off shot after shot in an effort to capture their adorable child. For the sixth year KRKT will offer parents a chance to show off their tiny tots with its Beautiful Baby photo contest. Last year more than 400 babies were entered, with each vying for one of seven categories: Most Beautiful, Coolest Name, Chubbiest Cheeks, Best Hair, Best No Hair, Best Eyes and Best Smile. There’s a winner for both age groups; newborn to less than one year and one to two years. Children must be age 2 or younger as of May 12, 2009.

Voting begins Friday, May 15th. Winners receive a $100 savings bond from Red Canoe Credit Union, a feature in MOM Magazine and several gift certificates to local businesses.

Troutman Photography of Jefferson Oregon is one of many businesses donating prizes. The winner of each group will receive a professional photography shoot and free 8×10.
