It’s been a while (almost a year and a half) and I thought I’d actually give Clare a break and do some blogging.

For those of you who didn’t read my first (only) blog post I am Daniel, the guy behind the camera.

Let me jump right in.
I received a phone call the other day from someone who found us via this blog. They wanted to know if we had any experience in shooting food. And with that single question I realized that we weren’t showcasing what used to be out bread and butter. We have been so focused on blogging about our families and baby sessions that we’ve completely ignored the commercial side of our business. In all of our posts I think we blogged our food photography one time.

It’s time for Daniel’s always fabulous twist on his favorite holiday – Turkey day, I mean Thanksgiving.  If it’s not squeeze cheese, salami and Ritz crackers, then if must be turkey – the drier the better.  The humor however, is neither dry nor subtle in this latest batch of holiday images.

Daniel was playing in the kitchen last week – I love a man who can cook.

Food Photography from our kitchen in Jefferson Oregon. Daniel has been consistently shooting food images for about three years now. The bonus is that we get to eat it (sometimes!) when he’s done.
