Giving back
Another fundraiser is set in Jefferson throughout the month. Troutman Photography is partnering with SafeHaven to raise money for the Greystoke Medical Fund. The studio is offering a free photo session for one 10-by-8-inch photo of a pet for a $25 tax deductible donation to the shelter.
We lost my mom’s best friend of 30 years (my second mother really) to breast cancer. Seeing her go from larger than life, to less than a hundred pounds, made you realize how it could happen to anyone, at any time.
Photographers Helping Others Thanks to Michael Albany’s post on LinkedIn the other day, we’ve had a very fun discussion on Facebook about how to give back as photographers.
