This time of year it’s really easy for Clare and I to really load down our social media outlets with great pictures from our Senior portrait and wedding sessions.  It of course always brings in new clients (for which we are extremely grateful) for more senior portraits and weddings but as a result we see less of my favorite type of session. The kind of session I’m referring to is of course, the first birthday “Cake Smash” sessions.  Hands down I can’t think of a better way to spend my day than with cake covered, chubby little one-year-olds.  They always have a blast just completely destroying their cakes and I always get great images.  Like I said, an afternoon filled with happy baby squeals beats almost any other day at the office I could think of.  Not that I don’t love my other clients as well, but look at the pictures below and tell me we didn’t have fun creating them. Our senior program is starting to ramp up and I thought it would be a good time  to let anyone who’s interested in being in the program know that slots are filling up quickly.  We are about 14 days away from our model signing/ movie night at Northern Lights Theatre in Salem and already some schools are approaching the limit of students we can accept.  So if you think you might be interested sign up now before it’s to late.  For those students who are accepted we will be sending three tickets to our invitation-only event at Northern Lights.  Feel free to invite anyone you’d like as long as they are juniors.  At the event we will have prize giveaways from local vendors, swag bags full of free samples and coupons for products you’ll actually use and Clare has actually lined up the “Break The Chain” monster truck to attend.  In addition to our fantastic vendors we will be there answering all your questions about the program and signing up models.  Come enjoy pizzas, sodas, prizes and a movie on us.
